Custom-made surfaces
Every surface we produce is made to your specific dimensions and specifications. Custom-made items cannot be returned to stock — a countertop made to 2387mm × 612mm has no resale value if it is not the correct size for your space.
If something is wrong
If the surface arrives damaged in transit, or if there is a genuine workmanship issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action — which may include repair, partial replacement, or remake depending on the nature of the problem.
Blueprint confirmation
The production blueprint is confirmed by the client before we begin cutting. This is the primary protection against dimensional errors — a blueprint you have confirmed is a blueprint we can build to with confidence. Changes after blueprint confirmation may not be possible to accommodate without additional cost.
