Custom-made goods
Every surface we produce is made to your specific dimensions and specifications. Because our products are custom-manufactured to order, standard retail return and exchange policies do not apply in the same way they would to off-the-shelf goods.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed when a deposit is received. The deposit amount is confirmed at the time of quoting. The balance is due before despatch. Production begins after deposit confirmation and blueprint sign-off by the client.
Blueprint confirmation
A production blueprint is prepared and sent to the client for confirmation before any material is cut. The client is responsible for verifying all dimensions on the blueprint. Changes after blueprint confirmation may incur additional costs or affect lead times.
Shipping and delivery
We ship nationwide across South Africa and cross-border. All surfaces are professionally packaged. Transit damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Full shipping policy →
Returns

Natural material variation
